About MBA Case Study
MBA Case Study is a library of structured business case studies for MBA students, educators and self-learners. Each case covers a real company’s decision, the frameworks used to analyze it, what the company actually did, and discussion questions for class or interview practice.
The library spans marketing, digital marketing, operations, international business, finance, human resources and entrepreneurship.
Who writes the cases
The cases are written and edited by Kunal Jha. You can connect with him on LinkedIn.
How each case is built
- Cases are written for educational discussion from publicly available information.
- Every case follows one structure: executive summary, company and industry background, the business challenge, framework analysis, strategic options, the outcome, key takeaways and discussion questions.
- Frameworks such as SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces and PESTEL are applied the same way across subjects, so you can compare companies.
- Figures can contain errors. Please verify numbers against primary sources before citing a case in academic work.
